The position as Warranty Project Manager is based within the HVDC Service department. In this role you will be the customer ambassador and voice within Hitachi Energy. You will be a part of a team that has a passion for continuous improvements and quality assurance. We have fun at work and what we do is important with a direct impact on our customers, co-workers and HVDCs success!
Your responsibilities
Act as the main contact for the customer and the local Hitachi Energy representative during the Warranty period, to ensure a high customer satisfaction and build a long-term trustworthy customer relationship
Manage all warranty issues for the project and distribute and follow-up the actions with the involved technical departments/suppliers and the customer
Call and Lead “Breakdown meetings” in case of trip or breakdown
Conduct regular external (as agreed with customer) warranty review meetings and also conduct project reviews (usually quarterly) to manage the overall warranty situation

Project Management for Remote Access
Ensure that Hitachi Energy has received all HSE information from the customer in order to perform a safe work at site.
Register and manage non-conformances. Communication with customers and suppliers by handling CCRP from customers, register and administrate QIT and register CCRP to internal suppliers

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree in a technical field
At least 5 years of working experience preferably within HVDC
Project Management experience, the minimum objective is Associate Certification (APM) or similar
You are familiar with standard MS Office tools, EFR/DOR, Promis, ExtECM and SAP
Strong skills in the ability to structure tasks for the warranty projects, such as meetings/calls, schedule, minutes, risks, actions, and documentation
Since we work in an international environment you need to master spoken and written English
Experience from field operations, C&P engineering and main circuit equipment is valuable
Contract Management experience is valuable
