We are now looking for an HR Subject Matter Expert to actively manage the current learning platforms, including Degreed, that bring learning to all employees across Ericsson. Degreed is now our leading learning platform in Ericsson with over 90% of people activated in the platform! Provide creative solutions to be applied wherever necessary by designing, developing and securing the learning platforms strategy in partnership with Group IT and People Digital Solutions. Ultimately this position contributes a large part of employees' learning experience for by enabling learning to find people at the right time and in the right way.

A Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required. A Masters of Business degree is preferred.
Experience in WORKING and driving SME organizations
Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
Knowledge and understanding of market trends and Best in Class practices
Global mindset and ability to drive results in a matrix organization
