We are now looking for a new leader to the Supplier quality organization to manage the group of our Field quality purchasers.

You will work both cross-functionally and cross-brand, where your capability to support both in operational questions as well as on strategic level will be appreciated.
You have leadership experience and it’s meritorious if you have an automotive background. The role implies international contacts, so you will need to be proficient in both written and spoken English. Swedish is an advantage and we appreciate your ambition to improve.
Main tasks
You are one of the enablers for your employees to grow and succeed in their job and career. Together with the team, you contribute to our operations and end customers by sourcing the best solution in our field quality cases in regards to cost and lead time.
You will communicate with stakeholders, help managing risks and improve the process in order to support Scania’s strategies.
You will be part of our management team that is responsible for supplier audits, supplier quality engineers in production units and escalation team.
