As our new consultant, you will be responsible for delivering first class projects to our customers and partners. You will be part of the Professional Services team and work closely together with the Implementation Services team and other internal stakeholders. In your capacity as a consultant, you will implement the Calabrio One suite and together with our partners and sales managers, identify and understand the needs of our customers and prospects. The position will suit you if you are a person with drive and analytical skills who likes to be a part of a team. You like to take creative initiatives, have a passion for new challenges and work systematically to achieve your goals.
What you'll be doing
Define, run, and lead projects together with our customers and partners
Revenue responsibility for the projects and revenue contribution to the company
Produce and maintain appropriate timelines and project plans
Lead workshops and guide the customer through the implementation and system configuration
Train and support customers and partners in our products
Analyze customer data and suggest improvements through consultancy services and operational assessments
Take an active part in maintaining a high product usage and satisfaction at our customers base
Travel is required, for delivering projects in Europe
Requirements
A minimum of three years of experience working in the Contact Center industry, or another relevant background as a consultant
Experience working hands on with solutions like WFM, QM & Analytics
Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish. Other languages are considered advantageous, especially Finnish
A technical university degree combined with an analytical and problem-solving attitude
