We offer you As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be an important piece of the puzzle in our work to find the best candidates for our positions. We offer an exciting role where you get to be involved in developing Kappahl further by working to ensure a qualitative, time-efficient and professional recruitment process for the candidates. The focus will primarily be on recruitment to our IT department.
In your role, you conduct search, telephone interviews and coordinate final interviews to the recruiting managers. You work independently in several parallel processes at the same time. You have the opportunity to be inventive and innovative to find new ways to reach the right target group. You will work as a part of the HR team and work closely with the IT department.
Your profile We are seeking you who are fast-learning, communicative and takes great responsibility for your recruitment processes. We attach great importance to personal qualities and are looking for you who are goal-oriented, have great drive and are proactive.
We believe you are a doer. You may have some recruitment experience by an academic degree or maybe you are in the middle of studying and wants to join a great team. This position is more about your potential and that you are open-minded. You have it easy to learn new software such as EasyCruit, our recruitment tool, and in general a good IT-user. It is meritorious to be an excellent user of Microsoft Office and if you have previous experience in IT.

Are you interested? The position is temporary position for 6 months, placed at our head office in Mölndal. You work full-time or part-time depending on your availability.
