Our global Supply Chain function is now recruiting a Manager Indirect Purchasing EMEA.

As Manager Indirect Purchasing EMEA you will be responsible for sourcing and supplier management activity including (but not limited to): sourcing, invoice reconciliation, complex professional service agreements, pricing negotiations, service agreement development, data security, risk mitigation, service level agreements, key performance indicators, volume concentration, price/cost optimization and ensuring insurance requirements for internal stakeholders. You will also develop strategic plans for the implementation of major indirect purchasing activities essential to achieving goals and objectives focusing on quality, cost, value, timing, and compliance.

Key Tasks:

· Create strategies to support business requirements across sites.

· Handle all IP queries and issues relating to specific procurement processes and procedures.

· Deliver value to the organization through developing RFx documents, evaluating supplier proposals (scope, cost, timing, resource modeling, risk, etc.), supplier recommendation and qualification to ensure project success.

· Liaise closely with the end-users in determining their requirements to provide early input into the sourcing process.

· Review system reports, addressing potential conflicts and/or misinformation.

· Develop and implement recommendations for improved efficiency (e.g. continuous process improvement).

Qualifications

· University degree in supply chain, purchasing, finance, statistics, business administration or equivalent.

· A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of indirect purchasing, finance, business analysis and/or analytics.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large sums of data. Experience with Visual Basic and/or Macro coding preferred.

· Performing complex financial, statistical, and comparative and management analyses.

· Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust, credibility, clear expectations, and open communication both written and verbal.
