We are now looking for a People Analyst Nordic Baltic zone to join our journey, where you will work with passionate colleagues across the Nordic-Baltic region, partnering with stakeholders across the organization.
You can be based in our Espoo office in Finland, Stockholm Sweden or Tallinn Estonia!
As a People Analyst at Schneider Electric you’ll be partnering with HR and business leaders to design and implement action plans oriented to support the people strategy by Territory, Line of Business and EE Life-Cycle domain, and support Business Areas with Data, Insights and supporting processes including Data Management and Quality for the zone, Business Review preparations, Workforce Planning and any other people analysis needed.
In addition, our new colleague will also be responsible for annual cycle of sales incentive calculation & payout (Incent tool), as well as support the transformation of Schneider’s sales performance management in line with our global and local strategic priorities.
