We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to Akind, an international group with high ambitions and a clear goal of being the best place to grow, for both people and business. Come grow with us!

We continuously strive to improve ourselves by providing the best possible expertise to our clients and are now looking for a Google Ads Specialist to further strengthen our international marketing department.

As Google Ads Specialist at Akind, you will be keeping up to date with industry trends and be the natural go-to person for queries related to Google-channels within the organization. You will recommend, set-up, optimize and report on Google campaigns, mainly Search Ads but occasionally also Youtube and Google Display Network campaigns, for all brands and target groups. As Google Ads Specialist, you are our expert, sharing your knowledge within the organization and identifying opportunities for improvement so that we may grow together with you.

Being part of our large international marketing department, you will be working with several companies within the group whilst remaining close to the business. Our marketing team consists of knowledgeable people with a mix of experiences and competencies, working together towards the same goals and clients. - Plan and set up campaigns and activities in different Google channels, focusing on SEM, for all brands and markets
- Optimize campaigns and activities based on metrics & KPI target
- Set-up and drive A/B-testing within the channel
- Drive related processes, e.g., content production, technical integrations, etc. to maximize efficient usage of the channels
- Define and implement the strategy for the search channel
- Responsible for reporting, planning, and forecasting for the search channel
- Support the wider team with expertise within other Google channels (Display, YouTube etc.)

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience from working hands on with Google Channels
- Experience from working with different stakeholders
- Good communication skills, English is a requirement

It is an advantage if you have an educational background within digital marketing or similar but not a requirement. Recruitment process: The first step in the recruitment process is to apply with your CV or LinkedIn, no Cover Letter is necessary. If you fulfill the requirements for the position, you will then receive an email asking you to complete two tests by Assessio. One is a personality mapping which takes about 20 minutes to complete, the other a cognitive ability test which takes 12 minutes to complete. The reason why we use tests is to ensure a solid and fair recruitment process focusing on potential for the position we are hiring for rather than your CV. If you proceed, the next step is a telephone interview and later on a behavioral descriptive interview with Lisette Lind, Talent Acquisition Manager and Malin Edin, Head of Digital Marketing.
