BNP Paribas Cardif is now looking for a Customer Journey Expert to join their Customer Experience team.
The role will be focusing on delivering insurance products via our partners (such as retail banks and finance companies), through the digital channel.
The role will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing insightful analyses on existing customer journeys (transfer from partner environment to Cardif, digital solutions used, data collected, KPI analysis etc.) - Identification of friction points and proposal of solutions to solve them - Design of new customer journeys aligned with customer needs and partners’ constraints
This is an initial consulting assignment with an immediate start, with good prospects of permanent employment after 6 months.

Qualifications
Qualified candidates will display solid expertise within digital customer service, working previously with digital customer journey design preferably from a Nordic perspective. Fluency in English and any other Nordic language is required.
