As our new Accounting Manager within project reporting, you will be a part of the Finance, IT & Legal Department consisting of ten colleagues and will be reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager. SIWI:s head office is located at Östermalm, Stockholm.

Main tasks

* Project accounting;
* Quality-assurance of reported hours and revenue
* Accounting of other project costs
* Reconciliation of project balance accounts
* Quarterly and annually closing
* Cash flow/project
* Part of the Project Planning Office - support the organization in project-related matters together with business controller, legal etc.
* Financial management of projects
* Develop processes, contribute to enhance business acumen
* Back-up to Senior Accounting Manager and Business Controller

We are looking for you who have

* An academic degree in economics
* Experience working with qualified accounting (according to Swedish accounting principles and standards) and above all complex project accounting
* A good understanding of the complexity of accounting in a project organization
* Ability to prioritize and to quickly make reasonable financial judgements
* Good knowledge of ERP/financial systems as well as Excel
* Strong analytical skills

You are

* Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written (English is the corporate language)
* Meticulous but with a sense of "good enough"
* Service minded with excellent communication skills
* Facing challenges with a positive and solution-oriented approach
* Proactive and comfortable making conclusions independently
* Comfortable in taking on a leading role in projects, initiatives etc
