The Strategy, Communication & Digital Transformation function is instrumental in creating meaningful, relatable, and actionable connections to our transformation, by developing and orchestrating the Digital & IT strategic direction, the digital transformation, and the change journey ahead of us.

This Is How You Could Make An Impact

As Digital & IT Strategy Manager, you will be key in our digital transformation, driving the cultural and knowledge shift of the entire Volvo Group in becoming a digital-first company.

You will be a member of the Digital & IT Strategy team within Strategy, Communication & Digital Transformation function and report to VP, Head of Digital & IT Strategy. You will have the opportunity to work with several of the areas within our function and especially related to strategy and partnership.


These will be some of your responsibilities:


Who are you?


We believe that you thrive to become a key player in the Volvo Group digital transformation, while working with amazing people around the world. You have a university degree or equivalent and experience in driving strategic initiatives across functions, you get going on working with others and through others. You are proficient in using PowerPoint to create/building stories from complex environments.

You are a strategic thinker and truly interested in business, with hands-on approach, capable of switching between strategic thinking and operational creating.


To be successful in this role you have an excellent understanding of the digital transformation, and the value digital creates for the enterprise. You easily make sense out of our strategic direction and abstract concepts, translating them into tangible actions. You deliver this In addition, you work with a global mindset, thrive in complex environments, and feel comfortable with ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
