In this role you will be structuring and overseeing the support structures for BMW and MINI. You will be overall responsible that the right strategy is in place to meet the demands on the new business model and ensure that the processes align smoothly across all support channels and for all target groups (agent, customer, internal staff). This function will be part of the new business model core team but work across different departments and taking into consideration both the National Sales Company (NSC) and the National Financial Sales Company (NFSC). You will be reporting to the FSM Manager and FSM Rollout Manager.

What should you bring along? • Several years of experience working as a Business Developer in Customer Service and Support • Proven experience in setting up support centers/teams with focus on e-commerce • Ability to think outside the box, developing premium customer and agent support • Experience in automotive retail • Basic understanding of systems/software´s and lifecycle management • Logical thinking and easy to adapt processes and supportive applications
To be successful in this role you need to have experience in working in fast paced environments, be comfortable taking on a leading role and taking initiative. You are structured, driven, responsive and able to effectively work together with others. You also need to have well established communication skills and be fluent in English and Swedish (speech and writing).
